("bayzli") a non-exclusive and global license to use all images you have tagged with @bayzli to be used for marketing purposes in all communication channels.

Hereby you certify that:

1. bayzli owns all rights to your photos tagged with @bayzli
2. You have permission from any person who appears in your pictures to assign the rights.
3. bayzli will not violate any third party's rights or contravene any law.

 

Hereby you release bayzli from all obligations to pay you for the use of your images and for the intellectual property rights to them in connection with the above-described forms of use. You hereby release and agree to hold bayzli and all persons acting for bayzli's account harmless for any claims, claims and liability obligations of any kind, in connection with the use of the images as described above!
